/Fireplace is bought and used at own risk, note that no order will be processed or shipped without full payment. Our Company will never require a customer via email to change our bank details, please report any suspicious emails to Sindy. No orders may be cancelled, if any orders are cancelled a
50% handling fee will be charged to cover our costs.
Please note that strictly 7 days return policy - should you want to return a product, 50% handling fee will apply and no returns will be accepted after 7 days. Items returned must be exactly in the condition it was bought and in original packaging. If an item is damaged no refund will be accepted.
